- LINE is Japan's #1 messaging app (~97M users). Our entire stack is LINE-native — zero re-platforming to enter Japan.
- Our spiritual vertical already ships a Shinto abstraction layer — 御神籤 · 賽錢 · 繪馬 · 御守 · 御朱印 — a direct fit for Japan's 80,000+ shrines & temples.
- Pet care and the creator economy are large, underserved JP markets on the same engine.
Not localized as an afterthought. The architecture was designed cross-culturally before we wrote the first line of Japan code.

Recurring SaaS, plus transaction upside.
- Per-tenant / per-seat subscription — predictable monthly recurring revenue from each store, temple or creator.
